Did you know that some kids worry so much or get so scared that it makes them miss out on things they would really enjoy doing?
Together with a coach, the children will learn new skills and find new ways to manage their fears and worries. Over the years, many children find that once they practice them enough, they start to worry less and then do things they use to find quite difficult.
Each participant has their own workbook with activities to engage in throughout the program.
There are some home practice tasks as well that reinforce these new skills.
There is a team approach between the coach, child and family.
