Teenagers 13-17yrs
Workbook
There are many words to describe anxiety: worry, fear, shyness, freaking out, scared, embarrassed, stressed.
Everybody gets anxiety but for some people it gets in the way of living their everyday life. It may be in a small way or such a way that it is stopping a person from making friends, doing well at school, getting a job or just even trying new things.
The good news is, you are not alone and there are things that can be done to reduce the worry and fears.
The program is not aimed at changing who the individual is but rather at teaching new skills to learn how to cope in different situations that may bring fear and worry and reduce their anxiety.
